Network Availability Guarantee, version 3 – June 17th, 2004
Applicable to all Syscomptech.clients.
By signing up for Syscomptech.services on the Internet, or by using any other means of subscription including subscription via a third party, a sales representative or commercialization partner, you benefit from the present network and power uptime guarantee if you are billed directly by Syscomptech.
Who may benefit from the guarantee?
The following guarantee is applicable to the renewable services offered by the Syscomptech. That includes a network connection and Internet bandwidth or traffic. All clients of renewable services whose accounts are in order, which have no unpaid balance, are eligible for the present guarantee.
Guarantee Terms
100% Network Uptime
Syscomptech guarantees 100% network uptime for all subscribers of a solution which includes a network connection. During one month, complete network outages shall never occur. If a network outage should happen, Syscomptech will compensate its clients with a credit equivalent to one day of service for the first 15 minutes of unavailability and a credit of one day of service for each of the following hours. The credit can be claimed up to the monthly amount paid for the service. Unavailability is defined by failed PING commands to the IP address of the server hosting your web site. This unavailability must be directly caused by problems in the connection linking Syscomptech. to the Internet and must be verifiable from multiple external Internet hosts.
100% Power Availability
Syscomptech guarantees the electrical power supply of its datacenter 100% for all clients subscribed to a solution which includes an electrical supply port or an amp circuit. During one month, power outages shall never occur. If it should happen, Syscomptech will compensate its clients with a credit equivalent to one day for the first 15 minutes of unavailability and one day of credit for each of the following hours. The credit can be claimed up to the monthly amount paid for the service. This unavailability must be caused by problems directly related to the datacenter's electrical supply or to your server or bay's power supply.
Exclusions
100% Network Uptime
The guarantee is limited to network unavailability on the network operated by Syscomptech. and the hardware owned by the Syscomptech. or one of direct suppliers. The guarantee is in no case applicable to external network problems that might cause local perturbations for some internet service providers. The guarantee is in no case applicable, without being limited, to unavailability caused by hardware or software malfunctions, unavailability caused by the application of the acceptable use policy, to a network slowdown, to planned maintenance activities or to any event that is not directly under Syscomptech’s direct control. Any request for credit concerning a problem other than network uptime will be analyzed and treated individually as an independent request which is not subject to the network uptime guarantee.
100% Power Uptime
The guarantee is limited to electrical power unavailability due to hardware directly owned and operated by the Syscomptech Technologies or one of its direct suppliers. Any request for credit concerning a problem other than electrical power supply will be analyzed and treated individually as an independent request which is not subject to the electrical power supply guarantee.
Claim Procedures
The guarantee is limited to the network and power unavailability. All reclamations concerning this guarantee must be done using the “Credit Claims” form located in Syscomptech's "Customer Hub" section of Syscomptech's site. All requests must be made within seven (7) days following the end of the month in question. Reclamations must include the starting time of the unavailability, the time when services came back to normal and at least 3 "traceroute" commands taken during the unavailability. Any incomplete reclamation form will be discarded. The request will be processed within 10 to 15 days following its reception.

SATISFACTION GUARANTEE
Satisfaction Guarantee, v3 – June 17, 2004
Applicable to all Syscomptech clients.
By signing up for the Syscomptech’s services on the Internet, or by using any other means of subscription including subscription via a third party, a sales representative or commercialization partner, you benefit from the present satisfaction guarantee if you are billed directly by the Syscomptech.
Who may benefit from the guarantee?
The following guarantee is applicable to the renewable services offered by the Syscomptech except for those enumerated in the exclusion clause. All clients of renewable services whose accounts are in order, which have no unpaid balance, are eligible for the present guarantee.
Guarantee Terms
If you are dissatisfied with our services and wish to resiliate your subscription, let us know within 30 days following your accounts activation by using the "Account Termination" form available in the "Technical Support" section of our website. Within this delay and without any additional requirements or explanations, Syscomptech will completely reimburse you for the monthly fees paid, elapsed or prepaid. In the case of shared hosting solutions, the setup fees will also be reimbursed.
Exclusions
The present guarantee does not apply to administration packages, domain names, bandwidth or traffic billing, work billed hourly, setup fees and Premium hosting packages. Exception made of the shared hosting solutions, bandwidth consumed by the user during the period of operation will be billed at the rate of $0.70 USD per GB transferred.
Claim Procedures
In order to terminate your account and claim the satisfaction guarantee, the owner of the account must send, by fax and within 30 days of the account’s activation, the thoroughly completed and signed termination form. This form is located in the "Technical Support" section of Syscomptech’s website. The request will be processed within 10 to 15 days following its reception.

The guarantee is automatically valid for all of the Syscomptech's subscribers. Syscomptech reserves the right to modify the present guarantee at any time, without notice. The modifications will be shown on this page. If you wish a written confirmation of this guarantee, please email this page to info@syscomptech.com and we will return it signed and approved.
LOWEST PRICE GUARANTEE
Lowest Price Guarantee, Version 1 - December 4th, 2006
Applicable to all the customers of Dedicated Servers (SyscomptechMyServerNow) and Colocation (SyscomptechInstantcolo) services.
We will beat any advertised price by 10%
Not 10% of the difference, 10% discount on the advertised price.
If you are presently a customer of the SyscomptechMyServerNow or SyscomptechInstantColo services or you are about to become one, you can take advantage of our best price guarantee before, or within 30 days after your purchase.
Who can benefit from the guarantee?
The following guarantee applies to the current and prospective customers of Dedicated Servers and Colocation services offered by Syscomptech Technologies except for the services listed in the exclusion clause. All renewable services customers which are not binded by a minimum contract length, who subscribed in the past 30 day or who's initial commitment is expired are eligible to the present guarantee.
Terms of the guarantee
If you find an identical product or service advertised on one of our listed competitor's site at a lower price than the one displayed on the Syscomptech site in the same currency, or if you have a contract with a competitor with a lower price than the price displayed on the Syscomptech site, present us with a copy of the competitor’s current ad, the ad URL or your original invoice. Your Account Manager will verify that the competitor is listed in our competitor's database, that the item's description matches Syscomptech's item and, if everything matches, will offer the product to you with a 10% reduction on the monthly rate of the competitor as well as a free additional option for the duration of your contract!
Exclusions
Advertised prices must be compared in the same currency. The advertised item must be sold through a competitor listed in our competitors database. You can search our database for a competitor by its domain name at the top of this page.
Our lowest price guarantee does not apply to advertising errors or misprints, special educational prices, restricted offers, mail order offers, rebates, coupons, premiums, free or bonus offers, limited or minimum quantity or limited time offers, close-outs, liquidations, clearances, financing or other special offers.
The present guarantee does not apply to competitors that are not part of the list recognized by Syscomptech, outbidding carried out by the competitors, Syscomptech resellers offers, management packages, domain names, software work orders, reinstallation fees and software licenses fees.
If your contract states a minimum contract length, the low price guarantee is not applicable after the first 30 days of service and until the end of the commitment. Even if the competitor appears in Syscomptech's competitor list, Syscomptech reserves the right to deny the guarantee request if the competitor's offer and specifications differ from the specifications of Syscomptech's products on one or more of the important comparison points like, but not limited to, the level of service, the contract policies, the hardware used, related services included with the offer or all other points considered to be important by Syscomptech.
Syscomptech reserves the right to remove a competitor company from the approved competitors list which no longer corresponds with the comparison criteria.
Application procedure for the guarantee
To benefit from the Lowest Price guarantee, you must provide the required justifications to your Account Manager before, or within 30 days following your account activation or using the "BPP" code in the "promotion code" field of the order form. Your account manager will then contact you in order to analyze your request and to offer you the applicable reduction.

HARDWARE REPLACEMENT GUARANTEE
Hardware Replacement Guarantee, version 3 – June 17, 2004
Applicable to all Syscomptech clients.
By signing up for Syscomptech.services on the Internet, or by using any other means of subscription including subscription via a third party, a sales representative or commercialization partner, you benefit from the present hardware replacement guarantee if you are billed directly by Syscomptech. As certain restrictions apply, please read the detailed description.
Who may benefit from the guarantee?
The following guarantee is applicable to the renewable services offered by the Syscomptech. and that include computer hardware rental which can be found in the dedicated servers section of Syscomptech's web site.
Guarantee Terms
Syscomptech guarantees to its dedicated server clients that defective hardware will be replaced within 4 hours of signaling the problem via the 24/7 emergency telephone line or emergency ticket form, regardless of the time of day. In case of hardware unavailability, a temporary server of similar specifications (if available) will be offered to the client. If the hardware replacement has not be completed within 4 hours and a temporary server has not been made available within this same delay, Syscomptech will compensate its clients with a credit equivalent to one day for the first 15 minutes of unavailability after the first 4 hours and one day of credit for each of the following hours. The credit can be claimed up to the monthly amount paid for the service.
Exclusions
The guarantee is limited to the hardware owned by Syscomptech and rented by the client. The guarantee provides for the defective hardware’s replacement and the basic reinstallation of the operating system (if necessary). Once back online, the server will be identical to when it was first delivered. This guarantee does not include data backup nor data restoring. The guarantee only applies to critical hardware failures that affect the server availability.
Claim Procedures
All claims concerning this guarantee must be done using the standard form the "Customer Hub" section of Syscomptech's site. All requests must be made within seven (7) days following the end of the month in question. Claims must include the time of the start of the unavailability, the time of the return to normal, the name of the client, the client's main domain name and the client's account number. The request will be processed within 10 to 15 days following its reception.
Non Violation of VISA Cardholder rights
Syscomptech Communications Limited guarantees not to violate the privacy of any potential or established customer who purchases from our website by disclosing or keeping sensitive information as regards their VISA cards.
